Q: What if parents don’t all do full page ads?
A: We will combine the smaller ads to create full-page ads and provide you with the full-page image to be placed into your yearbook page.
Q: Does it matter what software we use to create our yearbook?
A: No, your images will be prepared for your school to be placed into InDesign, Pagemaker or online yearbook creation methods.
Q: What does it cost to use your service?
A: There is no “out of pocked” cost to the school to use GradAd…Since yearbook ads are a fundraiser-GradAd will receive payment for it’s services from a portion of the ads monies collected from parents. The fee for use of our service is 20% of the ad monies collected by GradAd. The numbers will be detailed on your final accounting from GradAd. Consider the time that will be saved to you and your staff.
Q: Should we raise the cost of our ads?
A: Most customers will adjust the cost of the ads slightly, maybe 10% to help off set the service fee, However history shows that when it is easier for both the parents to place the ads and the yearbook staffs to not have to create the ads…that ad sales then increase, thus the total amount deposited to your yearbook account can remain virtually unchanged.
Q: So, GradAd will create our parent ad flyer, collect all monies and ads and then create our final ads and give us one check to deposit?
A: Yes.
